Partner Visas
Partner Visa allows any individuals who are spouse or a de facto partner of an Australian citizen or Permanent resident to travel and live in Australia .Initially temporary partner visa is granted and permits the applicant to live in Australia with its Spouse or Partner for two years and later they can apply for their permanent visa ,allowing them to live permanently in Australia with their spouse or partners .The applicant can be in Australia or outside Australia when applying for this visa .
Prospective Marriage Visa
Applicant who are engaged to an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and wishes to get married in future can be eligible for this visa. This visa allows the applicant to stay in Australia with their Partners for 9 months and once married can apply for Partner Visa.
Parent Visa
The Parent Visa lets an Australian citizen or permanent resident sponsor their parents to migrate to Australia temporary or permanently . An Australian Citizen or permanent resident must have lived in Australia for at least two years before lodging the visa application to sponsor their parents and meet the ‘Balance of Family’
