This visa is for people who wish to own and manage a new or existing business or to make an investment in Australia. Three streams:
Bussiness innovation stream
The Business Innovation stream is for people who wish to own and manage a new or existing business in Australia.
The Investor stream
The Investor stream is for people who wish to make an investment of at least AUD 1.5 million in an Australian state or territory and want to maintain business and investment activity in Australia.
Significant Investor stream
The Significant Investor stream is for people who are willing to invest at least AUD 5 million in complying investments in Australia and want to maintain business and investment activity in Australia.
This visa is granted for 4 years and can by extended further.
Business Owner Visa (Subclass 890)
The Business Owner Visa (Subclass 890) is a permanent visa for people who own and manage a business in Australia.This visa aims to attract high calibre business oriented people who are either owners or part owners of an overseas business. They have proven outstanding business career and have significant business assets transfer to Australia .For this visa the candidate need to have genuine and realistic commitment to participate a principal in the management of a new or existing business in Australia.

The Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888) is the second stage of the Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188). Can be applied after the provisional visa .
